Donna Miller
C3Workplace Chief Visionary Officer
As founder & president of C3Workplace, Donna brings her experience in growing a multi-location organization to the faculty. She will share her insights on what it takes to start and grow a self-sustaining organization, even if it’s only you. Donna is the recipient of a number of awards including the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) Businesswoman of the Year Award, North Essex Chamber of Commerce (NECC) Outstanding Member, and has been named to NJ Monthly Magazine’s Top 25 Women Business Owners. She is a sought after speaker and has presented at numerous events for various organizations. Her insights on Delegation have been published in the book, Big Bold Business Advice and she’s also been a featured interview with Dun & Bradstreet B2B. Currently, Donna serves as Advisory Board Chair of The Salvation Army in Montclair. She is also on the board of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, NECC and NJAWBO.
Terri Goldman
Financial Director
Terri has had many jobs over the years, full time & part time, but she found a home within C3Workplace. She’s been part of the team for over seven years in various capacities – from filing to administrative to bookkeeping work. During all phases of her employment here, Donna & the C3 staff have always made me feel part of this wonderful family.
Terri began as an executive secretary at the regional sales office of an insurance company. Through continued education and leadership, she worked her way up the ranks to become the office supervisor, where she was responsible for an administrative staff of 30, including preparing & operating with million dollar budgets, creating & maintain brochures, forms & documents, etc.

Kelly Louro
Marketing Director
As Marketing Director and Senior Account Manager at C3Workplace, Kelly Louro has been helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed for nearly fifteen years.
With a talent in fusing creativity, collaboration, and measurable results, Kelly has worked alongside a diverse clientele of business owners to create, build, and deliver successful transformative solutions for various operations and systems. Her professionalism and good-humored nature guarantee a pleasant working experience mixed with real results.
Kelly’s professional experience includes fourteen years of office and project management, twelve years of Sales and Marketing support and administration, and an MFA in Creative and Professional Writing. When she’s not working on helping businesses succeed, Kelly can be found at her home in central NJ with her husband, two daughters, and cat.
Michelle Hagan
Operations Director
Michelle has over 20 years of experience in small business operations and management with a strong background in start up organizations. She has been fortunate to be involved in every aspect of running a small business. She understands the challenges small business owners face and able to use this knowledge to help them succeed by managing their administrative and operational tasks. Michelle has had a few great mentors and hoping she can also offer the same mentorship to others.
With her small business background, Michelle has always enjoyed bookkeeping. This has been one constant in her life while working with several companies. She is part of our wonderful Bookkeeping Team at C3. She feels that she has finally found her “tribe”.
When Michelle is not working, she is normally at one of her son’s sporting events or hanging out with friends and family.

Tasha Torres
Senior Client Support Rep
Tasha has worked in an office environment since the seventh grade, helping her mom file paperwork in her office at IBM after school. She credits that experience for her work ethic and an intense desire to succeed and grow with every task she is assigned. With over 15 years of reception, admin assistant and customer service experience working in a variety of businesses, Tasha prides herself in making our clients feel welcome, comfortable and fully assisted from the moment they walk through the door.
A native New Yorker, she is all about hustle and drive, and is always there to lend a helping hand, and to learn as much as she can from every scenario. Tasha’s favorite color purple, her favorite movie of all times is “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” she pretty much loves ANYTHING that sparkles (the more glitter the better), and on her down time, she loves to read romance novels, paint fairies, and spend time with her family.
Marcella Chateau
Client Support Rep
Marcella has experience in entrepreneurial companies contributing to start-ups in the early years of the biotech industry and to growing business in the wireless industry. She developed & managed HR departments, was involved with company acquisitions and IPO’s, and she has always had a team approach with a focus on what she believes matters most — people. Her 20+ years of experience includes office administration, executive support, and management of HR functions.
Marcella connected with C3Workplace many years ago after hearing Donna Miller at a conference, she knew she would enjoy working at C3 when the time was right. She lives nearby Montclair & after many years of working in Manhattan and gaining experience in other companies, the time came to join C3Workplace in January 2022 when she became a key team member in the Montclair office while also working with virtual clients. Her positive, down-to-earth and supportive approach makes her a great fit with our C3Workplace team and clients.
Pam Freeman
Bookkeeper
Pam Freeman is one of the lead bookkeepers in the C3Workplace Bookkeeping Department. She graduated from Montclair State University in 1984 with an accounting degree. For over 18 years, she was the VP of Operations and Accounting for the Weichert Insurance Agency in Morris Plains.
in 2001, Pam branched out on her own to form her own bookkeeping business, and in 2016, she joined forced with C3Workplace and has been part of the team ever since. Pam is a valued member of our bookkeeping department and has a knack for helping her clients both understand the process and the possibilities of our bookkeeping services.
